Stuffed Burger

This is a kind of recipe that can really impress your family or guests with your “chef” skills. It looks beautiful and tastes wonderful, but it is so simple to make. Also, you can use any meat to make it, ground beef, ground turkey or ground chicken. Ready? Let’s do it!


1 ½ pound ground meat (beef, turkey or chicken)

2 eggs

Cheese, sliced (choose hard cheeses like cheddar, parmesan…)

Flaxseed flour

Olive oil

Himalayan salt

Spices like: garlic powder, paprika, black pepper

How to make:

Turn the oven to 350º F.

Add the spices and salt to the meat, mix well and add olive oil and 1 egg, mix again.

Make thin burger discs (I made 8) and then add slices of cheese in the center of 4 discs. Then cover the 4 discs with the other discs, closing on the sides.

Cover a tray with paper. Get the other egg and beat it lightly. Pour the flaxseed flour in a bowl. Get each burger and deep into the beaten egg and then into the flaxseed flour, covering all the sides. When you are done, heat a pan with olive oil and seal the burger 4 minutes each side and place them on the tray and bake in the oven until is golden, takes more 10-15 minutes.
