Do you know that day that you are super busy and you want to do something quick, delicious and light? It would be possible? Yeah! :) This recipe is one of my favorites. And since it’s so fast, I forgot to take picture of the step-by-step, getting only the result that doesn’t show how delicious it is! Trust me, it's worth! And if you need, you can substitute for gluten-free pasta or zucchini noodles.
Pasta (the type you have, I usually use the medium spaghetti size)
Juice of 1 lemon
Zest of 1 lemon
Grated Parmesan cheese
How to do:
While you prepare the pasta according to package instructions, in a large bowl place the lemon juice, lemon zest, olive oil and black pepper. Taste it. If you want, you can add sea salt, but frankly, it doesn’t need.
After the noodles is ready, drain and mix it into the sauce.
Add the Parmesan cheese and mix again. Ready! ;)
