There are many whys we crave sugar. Identifying some of them are important to get the root-cause, then the solution. If you crave for sweets, read below some of the reasons and what you can do to help stopping the cravings.
✔️"You are thirsty". When the craving comes, before indulge yourself in some sugary food, drink a glass of water. ✔️"You are not eating enough greens". Eating enough green vegetables and leafy greens like spinach, broccoli, asparagus, kale can help you stop with sugar cravings. Try to eat at least 3 cups per day. ✔️"You are not eating sweet vegetables". Pumpkins, carrots, beets for example, are natural sweet. They help you reduce the cravings. ✔️"You are not eating enough good fat". Fat (good) is so important to everyone's health. Coconut oil, butter, Ghee butter, eggs, olive oil, avocado, nuts should be part of your daily diet. ✔️"You need more affection". When you crave sugar so bad, try to ask for a hug, watch a romantic or fun movie or talk to someone who is a "sweet” person. 😊
