Banana Protein Bread

For that moment when you want to eat something sweet, but without regretting later, this recipe is perfect. Great for breakfast or after working out, this bread is also delicious! Yum!




Here it goes!

Ingredients:

  • 3 medium bananas (ripe), mashed

  • 4 eggs

  • 1 scoop bone broth protein (I use Ancient Nutrition Bone Both Pure - Buy here)

  • 2 ¼ cups almond flour or oat flour (GF)

  • ¼ cup coconut milk

  • 1 tablespoon coconut oil to grease the pan loaf

  • 1 tablespoon of honey

  • 1/2 tablespoon cinnamon

  • 1 teaspoon sea salt

  • 2 teaspoons baking soda

  • 1 tablespoon vanilla extract




How to do:


Heat the oven to 350 F.


Grease a loaf pan with coconut oil or use parchment paper.


In a bowl combine the ingredients: eggs, honey, coconut milk, vanilla and the mashed bananas.


Then in a another bowl combine the remaining ingredients.


Combine the two mixtures together and stir well. Pour the mixture in the loaf pan.


Bake for 35-50 minutes or until gets golden brown on the top.
