Packed with nutrients and antioxidants, the delicious peaches are also rich in many vitamins and minerals. Besides improving heart health and digestion, peaches are great for our skin health.
And since I love peaches so much, I had to come up with a protein bowl recipe with this yum fruit, after all, protein bowls are part of my first meal routine, because they are easy to make, fast and full of nutritional benefits.
For this recipe I chose to use a high- quality protein source by Organifi, vanilla flavor. Above all, peaches and vanilla is the perfect marriage. :)
Here it goes the recipe for 1 bowl:
1 scoop Vanilla Organifi protein
2 cups frozen peaches, sliced
1/2 frozen banana
1/2 medium avocado
2/4 cup coconut milk
1 tablespoon chia seeds
