Healthy Chocolate Avocado Mousse


How not love easy and yummy recipes, right?


This one here is also super healthy and an awesome option after workout or when you crave for something sweet but without white sugar and and also for those who have lactose intolerance.


And I will tell you, this is a dessert that I make regularly and many people don't even imagine it to be "healthy".


Let's make it?


Ingredients (for 2 medium bowls):

  • 1 avocado or 1 cup

  • 4 frozen bananas

  • 1/3 cup coconut milk

  • 4 tablespoons cocoa powder

  • A pinch of ginger (optional)

  • 4 tablespoons coconut sugar or any natural sweetener, like stevia (if you want it more sweet)

Instructions:


Just mix everything using a blender. If you think you need more coconut milk, just add more. But add it little by little to feel how creamy the mixture gets.


Serve with the chosen topping. I like to add berries and dark chocolate chips.


Keep in the fridge for 1 hour before serving.
