¼ teaspoon ground cinnamon
A pinch of black pepper
¼ teaspoon ground ginger
And if you like a little bit more sweet, raw honey or maple syrup
If using the Jarrow Formulas or your own mix, use a frother or a blender on a high speed before heating up. Heat the liquid until steaming, but not boiling and then serve right away.
