Flaxseeds, Coconut, Cashew Bread

I love making bread! I used to making when I was 18, 20 years old, then I stopped for a while. Nowadays I like to find recipes rich in nutrients and more digestive.


This recipe was a surprise, besides being so easy and healthy, it has an unique flavor, almost a gourmet bread. :)


Let's make it?


Ingredients for 1 loaf:

  • ¾ cup cashew nut flour (you can grind the nuts in a blender)

  • ¾ cup coconut flour

  • ¼ cup ground flaxseeds

  • ½ teaspoon sea salt

  • ¼ teaspoon baking soda

  • ¼ teaspoon baking powder

  • 4 eggs

  • 1 tablespoon of apple cider vinegar


Instructions:


Heat the oven at 350 degrees.


Line a loaf pan with parchment paper.


Mix all ingredients - use your hands and pour in the loaf with parchment paper.


Bake for 40-60 minutes or until it gets brownish on the top. It does not grow much. :)
