Facial Self-Massage

I am not against aesthetic treatments, plastic surgery or cosmetic technology. But I'm so fan of facial self-massage, which if is done daily, it has amazing effect!

OK, we make a crazy face doing it (and making those picture was hilarious), but they are super-efficient. I like to make the sequences below right after waking up after a bath or even during it.

So get ready. Read carefully the movements and make a lot of face! ;)


Sequence 1

(with no make up on, always repeat each movement three times and both sides):

1. Put the index and middle finger together and make circular movements with medium pressure from up and down the neck.


2. With your index finger make a medium pressure and go around the entire lower eyelid with press and hold movements from the inside out.


3. Do the same press and hold movement from the side of the eye, to the inside out.


4. Put the index and middle finger together and with a continuous medium pressure, do the movement on the side of the mouth to the earlobe.


Sequence 2

(with no make up on, always repeat each movement three times and both sides):


1. Inhale, exhale and at the same time fill the air our mouth and hold for 7 seconds.


2. Make "kiss" move and hold for 3 seconds.


3. Inhale and exhale making the "lion face", exhaling through the mouth with the tongue out and eyes wide.


4. Open your eyes (don’t frown) and hold until the eyes get wet.

Keep disciplined! The results are amazing!
