Isn’t incredible to eat something that is not only delicious but also healthy? This recipe became one of my favorites! A suggestion: add a scoop of ice cream (my tip is this one here by So Delicious, made with coconut milk instead of cow milk and no sugar, it is used monk fruit) and berries!
Ingredients (for 6 ramekins):
150g of chocolate (70% Cocoa)
2 tablespoons good fat: butter, Ghee butter or coconut oil
4 tablespoons almond flour
3 tablespoons natural stevia sweetener or coconut sugar
Vanilla extract to taste
How to make:
Melt the butter or coconut oil and the chocolates. Wait a little bit to cool off and add the stevia, eggs, vanilla and almond flour. Mix well until smooth.
Pour on greased ramekins and bake in preheated oven 350 degrees for about 12 minutes.
But check around 8 minutes. It should be crispy on the top and creamy inside.
