Chicken Kebab


Who doesn’t like simple and easy-to-prepare meals? I am a big fan of that, for sure! Chicken Kebab is this kind of recipe. The only long moment is that time you must wait the ingredients to marinate, but you can do that for example, in the morning, if you are preparing lunch or in the afternoon, if you are preparing dinner. You just must think that you will need 3 hours marinating all the ingredients. Besides that, easy-peasy! ;)


Ingredients:

3 thick chicken breasts

4 organic peppers (yellow, green, orange and red)

1 organic zucchini

1 organic eggplant

1 garlic head (crushed)

1 tablespoon olive oil

1 cup coconut aminos

1 tablespoon raw honey or regular honey

Himalayan Salt and pepper

Skewers


How to make it:

Slice each chicken breast in half and cut them into square (should be a thick square, enough to thread onto the skewers).

Cut the peppers and eggplant into squares, and cut the zucchini into slices.

Put all the ingredients together and add olive oil, coconut aminos, garlic, honey and seasoning with salt and pepper. Cover the bowl and let marinate for 3 hours in the fridge.

After marinating, turn the oven to 350 F and start threading chicken and vegetables alternately onto the skewers. Keep the marinated sauce.

Take to the oven and cook for around 30-40 minutes, checking once in a while.

When ready, place the Kebabs on a plate and pour the sauce over them.
