Cherry, this cute little fruit sweet and sour has great benefits for your health, like help fighting inflammation, lowering blood sugar levels, improving memory and aids for a good night of sleep. Also, cherries are full of antioxidants, then they are amazing for the skin.

Ingredients (for 1 bowl):
1 cup frozen pitted cherries
½ frozen banana
1 scoop of your favorite protein powder (I used Bone Broth Protein – Pure by Ancient Nutrition)
¼ cup coconut milk
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1 teaspoon grounded ginger
Just blend well all the ingredients!
Suggested topping: Grated coconut, dark chocolate nibs, almonds, chia seeds.
