Cherry Cream Protein Bowl


Cherry, this cute little fruit sweet and sour has great benefits for your health, like help fighting inflammation, lowering blood sugar levels, improving memory and aids for a good night of sleep.


Also, cherries are full of antioxidants, then they are amazing for the skin.

Sounds amazing? I think so! ;)


Ingredients (for 1 bowl):

  • 1 cup frozen pitted cherries

  • ½ frozen banana

  • 1 avocado

  • 1 scoop of your favorite protein powder (I used Bone Broth Protein – Pure by Ancient Nutrition. Buy here!)

  • ¼ cup coconut milk

  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon

  • 1 teaspoon grounded ginger
