I always like to add some cinnamom to spice up my bowl and boost my metabolism. This one specifically I added ginger too, another thermogenic nutrient (you can learn more about them here).
Let’s spice up your day? Here it goes:
1 cup frozen blueberries
½ frozen banana
1 scoop of your favorite protein powder (I used Bone Broth Protein – Pure by Ancient Nutrition)
¼ cup coconut milk
1 teaspoon raw honey
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1 teaspoon grounded ginger
Just blend well all the ingredients!
Suggested topping: Grated coconut, pumpkin seeds, bee pollen and cashews.
