Berry Chia Pudding


Just perfect for breakfast or as a healthy option for dessert, this yummy recipe is also super easy-peasy to make. Chia seed is great to fight diabetes, a great source of fiber, omega-3, protein and help with belly fat and improve heart health. Isn’t that amazing? ;)


So, roll up your sleeves and let’s get ready to prepare this amazing pudding. Important, you have to prepare at night to eat on the next day, OK?


Ingredients (for 1 jar)

Pudding:

  • 4 tablespoons of chia seeds

  • ½ tablespoon of cinnamon

  • 1 tablespoon of vanilla extract

  • 1 cup of coconut milk full fat

  • 1 cup of blueberries and blackberries

Toppings Suggestions:

  • Strawberry

  • Banana

  • Grated coconut

  • Granola

Mix all the ingredients of the pudding, except the berries, in a jar.


After stir in the berries and close the jar and leave it in the fridge overnight.


Next morning the mixture will be thick and delicious. Open the jar and add the toppings. Voilá!
