I love anything with strawberry. They are sweet and bitter at the same time and they still have low glycemic index.
This cream protein bowl is one of my favorite! Strawberries are a source of vitamin C and manganese and also contain a good amount of potassium and folate.
Also, strawberries are very rich in antioxidants and plant compounds, which may have benefits for your skin, heart health and can help control your blood sugar levels.
Ingredients (1 bowl):
1 cup strawberries (if frozen better)
½ frozen banana
1 scoop of your favorite protein powder ( I used Bone Broth Protein – Pure by Ancient Nutrition. Buy here!)
¼ cup coconut milk
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1 scoop of collagen (I like to use this one by Ancient Nutrition. Buy here!)
