Creamy Strawberry


I love anything with strawberry. They are sweet and bitter at the same time and they still have low glycemic index. This second recipe in the series #myfatbowl from my Instagram is one of my favorites. Here goes:


Ingredients:

1 cup strawberries (if frozen better)

½ frozen banana

½ avocado

1 scoop of your favorite protein powder ( I used Bone Broth Protein – Pure by Ancient Nutrition)

¼ cup kefir (I used a goat milk kefir)

1 teaspoon cinnamon

1 teaspoon raw honey

Just blend well all the ingredients!

Suggested topping: Grated coconut, pumpkin seeds, chia seeds and a tablespoon of almond butter.
