Yumminess Papaya


This is part of my special #myfatbowl series on Instagram and the first recipe I am posting here on my blog. ;)


Ingredients:

1 cup papaya

½ frozen banana

½ avocado

1 scoop of your favorite protein powder ( I used Bone Broath Protein – Pure by Ancient Nutrition)

½ scoop of Green Vibrance

¼ cup coconut milk

1 tablespoon coconut oil

1 teaspoon cinnamon

Himalayan salt, pinch

Just blend well all the ingredients!

Suggested topping: Grated coconut, bee polen, cashews, chia seeds and a tablespoon of almond butter.
