Faith: how to cultivate it?


1. Confidence or trust in a person or thing;

2. Belief that is not based on proof;

3. Belief in God or in the doctrines or teachings of religion, and so on…

Faith is something we believe that in higher levels. It is what we still have inside us even when we don’t have any material thing left.

But how do we do to cultivate faith? How we can access the inner power of believing?

One of the steps to access your faith is first to connect with yourself. Listen to your physical body and understand the signs of balance or unbalance. Listen to your mind and spiritual body through concentration practices, like meditation, breathing exercises, paying attention to your dreams.

You can also access your faith by helping others. Helping others can help your mind, body, and soul understand that there is a world beyond your own and there are problems beyond your own.

Being grateful is another way to find your faith. When we are happy with what we have, what we have accomplished and done in life, we can better picture that everything is possible when we believe, when we have faith in ourselves. Namaste!
