Q: Where the sessions will be held?

A: The calls will be held and recorded on Zoom video (using video and audio), and I as the coach I will make sure every participant will have the chance to to share her challenges and ideas, and receive feedback. 

The sessions happen Tuesdays at 7 pm (EST).

Q: Will I receive enough attention within the group?

A: For sure! You will leave each session knowing what you will need to implement in your life to create the results and changes you are looking for.  I will always ensure that each participant feels cared for. Also, every session we will have a "hot seat", where one member of the group will have a moment to share her issues and receive a personalized feedback.

Q: What if I have to miss a session?

A: Well, all sessions will be recorded and sent to the group in 24-48 hours after the session. But I highly recommend to not miss the session in order to feel all the benefits of working in a program like this one.
